Sucking and Being Sucked

Blowjobs are even more of minefield than fucking.  What is a good blowjob?  Again it could well be down to the personal preferences of the recipient.  Slow and gentle or fast and strong…that’s for you to decide what you enjoy.  Guys who are circumcised often find that if it is too gentle that it can be less pleasurable, but that’s not a rule.  So how to explain this?  How about an FAQ on cock sucking?

How do I give a good blowjob?

This is hard but there are a few bits of sagely advice we can give.  Keep your teeth well out of the picture.  It can really hurt the other guy.  You have a tongue, so use it!  When you have his cock in your mouth try moving your tongue quickly back and forth over the underside of the cock head.  Feels great when it is being done to you and guaranteed to win you new friends.

Sometimes you will be the one in control, in the sense that you will move the cock in and out of your mouth.  Advantage?  You can control how far it goes in.  Some guys like to “face fuck”.  The advantage here is that you don’t have to do any of the work, disadvantage, if he thrusts too far and fast and you can’t control that gag reflex it can get messy.  Spewing over him is rarely a good look.

To spit or swallow?

This assumes that you want/let him cum in your mouth in the first place.  Not everyone wants this and if it’s not on the menu then it’s very bad manners to do it!  No one can dictate to you what you should do.  As to whether to spit or not, again, its your call, but remember there are naturally slightly higher risks of transmission of HIV if he does come in your mouth and to be honest it isn’t going to make that much of a difference if you then decide to swallow or not.

What about gagging?

Well you might be blessed with a very inactive gag reflex, but most of us aren’t and putting things down the back of our through makes us gag.  The good news is it is like everything else – you get better with practice.  There are no two ways about it, deep throating is nice to have done to you, but not every man can take it.  Practice, take it easy, keep control, relax and if that doesn’t work ... maybe find a partner with a smaller cock!

But how safe is it?

First off, someone being sucked off is very unlikely to contract HIV from it. Full stop, end of story.

Sucking cock is slightly more risky, but a negative guy is still unlikely to become infected through sucking a positive guy’s cock. There is some evidence of men being infected in this way, but they are very few compared to what must be the enormous number of men sucking cock every day!

To make sucking cock into an even lower risk activity, the main thing is to avoid getting cum in the mouth. Also HIV is more likely to be passed on if there are cuts or sores in the mouth, or if there is another infection in the throat such as gonorrhoea.

To make sucking cock very low risk indeed, you might want to use a condom - perhaps even a flavoured one. However, many guys feel the risks are low enough not to bother with condoms for sucking cock.

Remember that without condoms, other (less serious) STIs such as syphilis and gonorrhoea can get in to your throat through sucking.
