There is still no cure for HIV – but there is protection. If you enjoy fucking, condoms used with water based lube are the best way to protect you or your partner against possible HIV infection.
There is no evidence that “extra strong” condoms provide any more protection against HIV and other STIs than standard condoms.
You therefore have a wide range of condoms to choose from, all of which will reduce the risk of becoming infected with or passing on HIV.
