Fisting

This is basically putting your hand inside your partners arse, at least to the wrist, possibly further, for pleasure.  Like any muscle your sphincter can, with careful and slow exercise be expanded to take a hand or even something larger.

For many men either fisting someone or being fisted is a massively horny experience.  Lubrication is essential with something like, J-lube or aqueous cream.

Plenty of fun can be had on the process up to taking a fist; tongues, fingers, dildos and cocks are useful practise tools prior to the main event.

Although sometimes viewed as extreme, in terms of HIV it is still very low risk. More of a worry is causing internal damage, so exercise care!

It doesn’t require large or vigourous movement of the inserted hand to cause powerful sensation for the person on the receiving end.

But how safe is it?

Fisting is very low risk in terms of HIV.

Whilst it’s very unlikely, for transmission to occur infected blood would have to transfer from one partner’s bloodstream to another’s. In other words, both partners would have to be bleeding and at least one of them would have to be HIV+.

It is quite likely that the lining of someone’s arse could be damaged during fisting - this could provide an opportunity for HIV to be contracted or transmitted from or to the person doing the fisting if he had an open cut or sore on his hand or arm.

In any case, the less possibility infected blood getting into someone else’s bloodstream, the safer fisting is. If you want to make fisting super-safe, consider getting your hands on (or indeed in) some latex gloves.
