Watersports is very low risk for passing on HIV. The only worry is that there might be tiny amounts of infected blood in someone's piss, so keep it away from eyes or broken skin, and a good idea to avoid getting it in your mouth. Nonetheless, it is very unlikely that HIV can be transmitted in this manner. Do remember though, watersports can transmit other (less serious) infections in this way.
